Mill Ponds Wildlife Field Program
Saturday July 18 2009, 10:00 A.M. - 12 Noon
Mill Ponds, Seaside

BRING THE KIDS FOR THIS ONE -- The Mill Ponds field program will focus on the kids, providing hands-on experience observing and catching some of the critters found in the aquatic system at the Seaside Mill Ponds. Mike Patterson and his daughter Michelle (10), and Neal Maine and grandson Michael (11) will provide support for the kids who come with their parents, grandparents or guardian.

The Mill Pond site is rich in aquatic life and other nature displays. The program is all hands-on and everyone young and old is sure to have an interesting nature experience.

Mike Patterson is a consulting biologist and former high school biology teacher. Neal Maine is a biologist, former teacher, and current conservation director for the North Coast Land Conservancy.
