Description of Property:
These lots lie behind residential buildings. Lot 18 has been adjusted less its eastern 25 feet because of a setback on a house on lot 7. An easement is in place on the southeast corner of lot 15 for placement of a driveway.

Natural Resource Features:
The Ecola Road Wetlands are a forested primarily of Alder, with individual Hemlock and Spruce. Carex and skunk cabbage comprise the wetland element, with Red elderberry, huckleberry, and swordfern in the forest understory and floor. These wetlands are a part of the larger Tillamook Head ecosystem.
